How often should I use it?
Many people enjoy about 10 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. Start with shorter sessions at a lower brightness, follow the instructions included with your mask and do what feels comfortable for your skin.
Does it need to be plugged in?
No wall plug is needed while you use it. The mask and neck piece connect by a short cable to a small rechargeable handheld controller (1200 mAh), so you can use it on the sofa or in bed. Charge the controller beforehand with the included USB-C cable.
How long does it take to charge?
A full charge takes about 4–5 hours and gives roughly 1–2 hours of use, enough for several 10-minute sessions. The USB-C charging cable is included in the box.
Can I wear glasses with the mask?
Please remove your glasses before putting on the mask. Keep your eyes closed during each session.
Does it cover my neck too?
Yes. A separate neck piece sits below the face mask, so the glow ritual covers both face and neck. You can use them together or the face mask on its own.
