This website and store are operated by Rosa Sheen. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rosa Sheen. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. USING OUR STORE

- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

- You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and not to try to disrupt, hack or misuse the site.

- You are responsible for keeping your account details, if you create an account, secure.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We try to show our products, colors and images as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. We may change or discontinue products, prices and descriptions at any time without notice. Prices are in US dollars.

3. COSMETIC USE ONLY; NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

The Rosa Sheen LED face & neck mask is a personal care and cosmetic device. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements on this site have not been evaluated as medical claims, and results from person to person will vary. Please follow the instructions that come with the product. Stop using it if you feel discomfort or irritation. Talk to a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have sensitive or photosensitive skin, take medicines that make you sensitive to light, have a history of seizures or epilepsy, have an eye condition, or have any other health concern. Do not use the mask on children. Do not look directly into the LED lights.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example for stock, pricing or payment problems or suspected fraud, and we will refund you in full if we cancel a paid order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. SHIPPING

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Processing times, delivery estimates and what to do about delayed or lost packages are set out in our Shipping policy.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund policy. Please contact us first for return instructions.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosa Sheen and its owners, partners, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Using the product in a way that is not described in the instructions is at your own risk.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Rosa Sheen or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
