30-day return guarantee

We want you to be happy with your Rosa Sheen LED face and neck mask. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What you need to do

• Time frame: Contact us within 30 days of the day your order is delivered.
• Contact us first: Please email us at ckimjinbusiness@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
• Condition: The item must be returned in good condition, with all parts and accessories that came in the box (mask, neck piece, controller, USB-C cable, eye pads, straps and manual).
• Return shipping: You pay for return shipping, unless your item arrived defective or damaged (see below).

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrived defective or damaged, email us at ckimjinbusiness@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer, and we will cover the return shipping if we ask you to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your purchase to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the refund.
